ClientCall 4000
The newest line of the ClientCall family includes the powerful and affordable ClientCall 4000™ IVR and ClientCall 4100™ platforms. These products support industry open standards and are based on an advanced Pentium / Windows NT / Dialogic platform. They include a powerful scripting language, ClientCall Script™ (CCS) for IVR application development. They also provide superior on-line remote diagnostics capability. The ClientCall 4000/4100 offers outstanding price-performance with powerful , cost effective options like fax-back, text-to-speech, voice mail and call switching.
ClientCall Script
Sonant’s ClientCall Script™ (CCS) application generator is straightforward and powerful, with no unneeded programming layers. CCS allows fast application development, and easy changes later, either by your staff or ours.
ClientCall Center
Sonant also provides a new generation of communication server for call centers called ClientCall Center. These low cost, powerful systems integrate many capabilities which were prohibitively expensive for small or medium-size call centers until quite recently, including ACD, CTI and IVR on the same open, highly scaleable platform.
