Founded in 1981 as a dialer provider, the company has evolved significantly, yet remains exclusively focused on the contact center industry. Our technology innovation is driven by our customers and guided by a seasoned leadership team. The newest addition to our product offerings – and one of the primary reasons for the creation of Concerto Software – is EnsemblePro™, a unified platform designed and built to incorporate all of the functionality required by multimedia contact centers, while also offering the ability to connect with, and add value to, existing contact center point solutions.

Backed by a direct global sales and support infrastructure, we enable companies across many industries including healthcare, financial services, travel, telecommunications and utilities to provide superior customer service. We also market and sell our solutions through a global network of distributor and reseller partners with contact center expertise.

Through our Technology Alliance Program we can provide our customers with proven solutions that have been pre-integrated and qualified to work together.

Our Professional Services organization offers a range of programs to help our clients maximize their investments in contact center technologies. With more than two decades of experience, the organization is able to provide expert analysis, recommendations and implementation services for rapid and effective deployment of our contact center solutions.

Upon installing our products, users can enroll in Concerto University. Through this program, we deliver a variety of courses designed to teach the skills and knowledge needed to enhance productivity and raise the level of service you’re able to deliver to your customers. We offer courses at several training facilities around the world, as well as on-site through customized courses and virtual programs.

Concerto Software is the result of the merger of Davox Corporation and CELLIT, Inc., completed in January 2002. The company is headquartered in Westford, Massachusetts, with operations across North America, Europe and Asia.
