More than 160 employees in seven locations of six countries work on Unified Communication Solutions. In addition to messaging, call center applications and call transferring, emphasis is put on the integration of workflow and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and their web-based applications. Partnerships with leading PBX producers and Microsoft assure easy integration with existing infrastructures. Economic Scope
The NOVAVOX product portfolio contains solutions, sold under the brand name Smartphone, Voicemail, Unified Messaging, Smart Call Center, Telephone Service Line as well as integrated, highly flexible, graphical software tools (IVR-tool) to quickly and easily develop customised solutions.
This high usability enables IT and communications specialists, as well as systems houses to quickly use and develop CT-solutions.
Sales with Partners
From the point of view of an end-user a CT-solution is composed of three functions; the first is data processing, the second is the switch and the last is the connecting element – Smartphone. NOVAVOX distributes its products via partners that are competent in all three functions: as OEM-products via Telco’s, as well as via certified distributors and VAR’s that are specialised in IT- and Communication (trained by NOVAVOX).
Smartphone provides for each of these distribution channels the opportunity to benefit by offering additional services and training to their customers.
NOVAVOX supports all partners with extensive product and sales training, technical support and adaptive marketing.
