TELENITY AND CPS TO COLLABORATE ON HIGH ACCURACY LOCATION-BASED SERVICES DRIVE TO WIRELESS OPERATORS

Cannes, France - February 17, 2005 - Telenity (www.telenity.com), a leading global provider of IP-based content and service delivery solutions and applications for mobile and next generation networks, and CPS (Cambridge Positioning Systems Ltd) today announced a joint marketing agreement to drive operator take-up of high accuracy location-based services. Canvas LES is a fully scalable, carrier grade platform that supports a range of network independent location technologies, application service provider control functions, robust privacy management and geo-services such as directory search or Points of Interest to locate gas stations, restaurants or buddies on a map. Telenity also offers a number of highly personalized location-based information services to tracking and Resource Management applications. Integrating CPS' Matrix technology will add both increased functionality and the ability to deliver sub-100m accuracy, rapid location fixes and coverage in all environments - urban/suburban/rural and indoor/outdoor. Together, Matrix and Canvas provide the ideal location solution for GSM operators to roll out a full suite of enterprise and consumer location-based services.

CPS CEO Chris Wade said, "Telenity is already well-established in the development and deployment of location-based services via their open and flexible Canvas platform. They share our view that demand for high accuracy location is now growing rapidly in several key markets as operators seek new ways of differentiating their service offerings to both enterprise and consumer markets."

"Matrix plays a key role in enabling location-based services. It's a perfect fit with Canvas - and we look forward to driving collaborative efforts with CPS," said Ilhan Bagoren, VP Marketing at Telenity.
