ll IRVINE, Calif.--June 29, 2005--Viper Networks, Inc., (OTC:VPER), a leading innovator in voice-over-Internet protocol (VoIP) products and services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of equipment for its network expansion that it received a funding commitment for earlier this month.

As previously announced, Viper Networks, Inc. received a financing commitment in excess of $300,000 for the expansion and increased network capacity of its global VoIP network, which was facilitated by the DiBari Group, LLC of Newport Beach, Calif.

In addition to network expansion, the Company also gains increased network redundancy and enhanced quality for its customers, who include both dial-up and broadband Internet users, unlike Packet8(R) and Vonage(R), who only offer broadband solutions.

Viper Networks is hoping to rapidly increase its current customer base of nearly 17,000 active accounts on its newly expanded network, which will support over 100,000 active users. Recently the Company has experienced increased name recognition and growth of its customer base by appearing in SkyMall(R) in-flight magazine and by completing over 30 resale distribution agreements around the world for its VoIP network, which serves over 350 countries worldwide.
