Herndon, Virginia—June 6, 2006—KORE Wireless, Inc., the leading provider of digital network services for the M2M market, today announced that it has attained Full Member status in the PCS Type

Certification Review Board (PTCRB). KORE Wireless is the first mobile virtual network operator

(MVNO) ever elevated to Full Member status in the PTCRB, giving KORE’s customers, and the rest of the Machine-to Machine community, a stronger voice in GSM certification standards compliance and accreditation methods.

The PTCRB is chartered to provide a framework within which GSM Mobile Equipment Type

Certification can take place, and establishes test processes for certification of GSM devices. Among its many activities, the PTCRB identifies test requirements for certification, sets standardized test equipment requirements, and establishes qualifications for test labs to become PTCRB authorized labs.

Previous to its Full Member status, KORE held membership as an Observer, meaning it could attend regular meetings of the board but not vote or provide direct input regarding the board’s affairs.

Full Member status has been traditionally exclusively reserved for spectrum-owning wireless network operators such as Cingular, T-Mobile and Rogers Wireless. KORE’s elevation was made in recognition of its many activities in support of requirements within the wireless industry.

“Becoming a Full Member of the PTCRB is an important step for KORE Wireless, and the M2M industry. This development will allow KORE to represent the interests of the growing MVNO and machine-to-machine communities while working closely with equipment OEM’s and other network operators within the review board,” said Alex Brisbourne, president and chief operating officer of KORE Wireless.

“KORE Wireless has excelled in furthering the PTCRB’s work, both in its support of cohesive GSM standards and in its substantive contributions to our daily operations,” said Glen Scales, chairman of the PTCRB. “As a Full Member, we look forward to KORE’s continued and expanding role in PTCRB affairs.”
