CPP seamlessly converges pre-paid and post-paid billing into a single CRM system enabling operators to use one effective billing and CRM system for both customer groups. The solution provides powerful and flexible customer management functions that facilitate the introduction of new and innovative services to both pre-paid and post-paid customers.

By combining the pre and post paid environments, operators are able to introduce new advanced features using the existing pre-paid platform integrated into the new CPP solution, thereby avoiding capital investment in new pre-paid real time solutions. The features and functions being offered by CPP allow for innovative tariffs which exploit both payment methods, for example pre-paid international roaming on a post-paid subscription or pre-paid personal calls on a post-paid business subscription. The solution also enables operators, service providers and MVNOs to launch market driven products to pre-pay customers as well as the post-pay base, growing its revenue potential.
