Imecom Group was founded in 1989, as set of international companies with shared product development and cooperating headquarters in the United States and Europe.
Imecom Group develops, markets, and supports Document Messaging and Enterprise Fax Server software with tightly integrated e-mail connections and Internet interfaces. A wide range of utilities and productive tools are also available, including advanced administration tools and service monitoring software. Imecom Group's solutions are flexible and scalable, LAN and protocol independent.

In 1998 a merger and public stock offering allowed Imecom Group to continue to extend our existing technologies to new market applications, to expand ownership positions in Europe, and to open new offices in the United States. By the end of 1998, Imecom had deployed products in over 8,500 sites in 50 countries. Daily, 1,200,000 people are licensed to use Imecom fax gateways as an integral part of their enterprise communication solutions. Our customers range from large Governmental Agencies and Fortune 500 corporations with multiple international locations to small and medium size companies relying on uncompromising quality in fax services.
