Description
In this role you will capture business requirements of the target market for
the product and participate in defining the next generation of Melita
products.  You will be responsible for facilitating JAD sessions with Focus
Groups and Product Managers, developing  business process, use case, and
analysis object models, as well as, participate in the development of a
distributed business component architecture. You will take part in the
development of our next generation product strategy.  We are on the leading
edge of developing distributed business component architecture.  Be prepared
to push the state of the art in distributed computing theory and application
of that theory to the next generation of thin client and Internet User
Interface.

You will develop business process, use case, static and dynamic object
models to an analysis level of abstraction; will identify business
components and develop data analysis strategies (Data Visualization) and
report specifications. Will be responsible  for reviewing user interface
designs and the implementation of the business components, in addition to
test plans and procedures.

Description
In this role you will be responsible for providing day-to-day management to
teams of developers, analyst and project managers. Duties will include

management direction and input into special projects, providing code
reviews, design reviews and architectural reviews for work accomplished

* BSEE/BSCS
* 10 years of experience in OO development, telephony and
         networking.
* Experience with full life cycle development processes, as well
        as being a technical lead/architect. Must know C++, ATM
         (Lucent/Aspect/Erickson Switches)and OOA/OOD
* Strong leadership ability and excellent oral and written
communication skills
