Job Description:
Working with the NMS Business Analyst and System organizations, you will be
responsible for delivering database system integration and software
engineering, aimed at supporting internal business system needs.
The primary initial effort is around the implementation of a global
services/support system utilizing Clarify/Oracle. The underlying db
structure will extend to include sales and marketing related needs.
You will assist in business development, qualification, and proposal
presentation.
Skills/Experience
Position requires Oracle DBA experience and excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Must have business savvy and strong customer contact
skills. We desire someone with NT platform experience, experience
developing web-based applications to various databases, data warehouse
implementation experience, and experience with SQL and development tools.

Job Description:
Qualified individual will write NMS technical documentation based upon
engineering documents and discussions with engineers. Work with other
writers to create new or revise existing standards and procedures. Revise
existing manuals to implement company documentation standards. Peer edit
NMS documentation. Interview engineers to obtain necessary information.
Research information needed to complete a manual. Develop project
schedules. Complete document release procedures which includes creating
postscript files, converting files to HTML and archiving the source files.
Editing responsibilities will include performing three levels of edit
(developmental, copy and proof check) at different stages of a manuals
development.
Skills/Experience
Minimum requirements include: Excellent writing skills. Knowledge of
editing practices and procedures. Strong organizational skills and ability
to meet strict deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Knowledge in evaluating English composition. Knowledge of how to
convey technical information to a technical audience. Knowledge of page
design. Knowledge of C. Competent with Frame, Microsoft Word or
equivalent. Experience with telephony industry a plus.

Job Description:
Qualified individual will work with a strong development team to isolate
and solve customer problems. Problems will be very simple to very complex.
The support will include troubleshooting at three levels: installation and
configuration, development support and deployment support. This position
will involve travel and may require flexibility in work schedule.
Job Requirements:
Minimum requirements include: BSEE/BSCS; strong C and/or C++ development
experience under NT and/or UNIX. 5+ years of software development on
significant projects, ideally as a lead engineer. Very strong debugging
and problem solving skills. Must work well with customers to convey
information and recommend applications. SS7 or TCP-IP stack or
applications programming, real-time or embedded systems, telephony
applications programming and DSP knowledge a plus.

Job Description:
In this senior level role you will work as a member of a small team, or as
a leader of a small team to create enhanced versions of our products,
including compliance with new standards/country-specific variants, new
product architectures, and advanced development environments. You will use
various national, international, and industry standards and input from
other engineers/architects to create project specifications. Activities will span the
entire product life-cycle:
creation of detailed design specifications and application program
interfaces, conducting design/code reviews and inspections, software
development, testing, performance measurement/tuning, documentation,
creation of test configurations/utilities, product maintenance, and
software configuration management (version/release control).
Target product platforms are embedded 68000-based processors and PCs running Windows
NT,
Unix, OS/2, and other operating systems.
Skills/Experience:
BS/MS in CS, CE, EE or equivalent; 4+ years experience developing
high-availability software using C/C++, with Windows NT, Unix, and/or
real-time OS. Familiarity with distributed systems, telecommunications
protocols and architectures such as SS7, ISDN, ATM, and/or network
management protocols/architectures very helpful.

You will develop new leading edge enabling software for Intelligent Network
Systems (SS7) or Voice/Internet gateways. In this role you will work on
product development of SS7 protocols for high availability and redundant
deployment or IP Networking and Telephony protocols. You will also work on
development and integration of Network Management protocols and utilities.
Activities include software development, testing, performance
measurement/tuning, documentation, and use of software configuration
management tools for version/release control. Target development will be
for product platforms utilizing embedded Motorola 68000 series processor
technology and PC's running Windows NT, Unix.
Skills/Experience
Related experience is required. Experience in developing real-time software
using C/C++ is required as is experience with Windows NT, Unix and /or
other real-time operating systems. Familiarity with distributed systems,
telecommunications protocols and architectures such as SS7, ISDN, ATM
and/or network management protocols are a plus. Experience in low level
microprocessor programming a plus. BS/MS in CS, CE, EE or equivalent
required.
