Avotus Introduces New Version of ICM ‘Usage Management’ Solution

The newest version of Avotus’ flagship usage management product brings call accounting, including wireless and mobile management to a new level. The platform provides a number of enhancements including a bilingual interface (French and English), updated browser and “core” switch support for enhanced call accounting, as well as a number of upgrades to conference call reporting and management, which continues to be a significant and growing expenditure for many companies.
