Sigma Systems, a recognized industry leader in Advanced IP Service Fulfillment solutions, today announced that it has partnered with BroadSoft, Inc., the leading provider of VoIP application software, to provide provisioning and fulfillment solutions to telecom and cable operators for hosted business and residential VoIP services.
Sigma has provisioned over seven million VoIP lines worldwide and is an expert in the delivery of triple- and quad-play offerings. Sigma’s Business and Residential VoIP fulfillment solutions overlay its Service Management Platform to allow service providers to manage service creation, order capture, order management, administrative self-care and fulfillment. With Sigma’s off-the-shelf solution, operators using BroadSoft’s platform can assign pre-defined service packages or tailor unique service bundles based on customer demand.
Under the partnership, BroadSoft has joined Sigma’s Solution Partner program, and Sigma has joined BroadSoft’s Enabling Technology Partners program.
