Taqua, LLC, a leading supplier of next-generation switching systems and applications, today at SUPERCOMM 2009 announced that six more companies have chosen to deploy TaquaWorks, an integrated solution that tightly combines products from Acme Packet, BroadSoft, and Taqua.

The TaquaWorks solution was chosen by Reedsburg Utility, Farmers Mutual Telephone Company, B2B2C, Hunt Telecom, and Thomasville Utilities to deliver advanced telecommunications services to their diverse subscriber bases that include residential and business customers.
TaquaWorks is a tightly integrated solution that enables service providers to replace wireline and wireless switches and deploy converged, enhanced applications with the highest network security possible. The Taqua 7000 (T7000) next generation wireline and wireless switching system allows service providers to replace Class 4/5 and wireless switching systems and deliver advanced services over TDM and IP networks, as well as wireless GSM/CDMA, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks.
