Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC®) announced today that Ingate® Systems, Avaya and a dozen leading IP-PBX vendors, SIP trunking service providers, and industry thought leaders are partnered to bring the “SIP Trunking: Everything You Need to Know” seminar to Los Angeles, September 16-18, 2008, as part of TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO West 2008 (ITEXPO). Admission to the Workshop is free for all attendees.
Featuring almost twenty hours of sessions, spread out over three days, this comprehensive seminar discusses all of the benefits, issues and opportunities associated with SIP trunking. It delivers content from both a service provider and an enterprise perspective.
New sessions featured at ITEXPO for 2008 include a case study describing a SIP trunk installation for American Idol’s production company. Other first-time presentations include a “step-by-step” whiteboarding exercise with Avaya, illustrating the “what, why and how” of SIP trunking architectures, and a new SIP Trunking Boot Camp, led by Avaya and Ingate, which will present the “Basic Training” principles on SIP trunk installations.
