NEDMA “Technology Day” Seminars Help Direct Marketers Better Connect with Customers

What:
NEDMA presents three educational seminars to help direct marketers connect more effectively with customers.

Each session is designed to help marketers take advantage of various customer-focused practices to improve marketing ROI. Participants can chose the session that best meets their needs, whether it is to gain a greater understanding of the power of social media; learn how to drive sales to build relationships and keep customers; or how to design customer-focused websites. Each session will provide attendees with skills and strategies that can be quickly applied to their everyday businesses.

-- Customer-Centered Website Design for eCommerce Success (Half day seminar led by Envisa co-founder Chris Fargiano)
