The nomination, which was recently approved, is an expansion of the already existing business relation between Smarteq and the Volvo Group. The core assignment for Smarteq, in the new agreement, is to develop a new platform of multifunctional antennas together with engineers from the Volvo Group.

The agreement strengthens Smarteqs’ position as an approved supplier to the Automotive industry, which is one of three focus areas for the company. The nomination will also have a substantial effect on future turnover for Smarteq.

– We are of course both proud and flattered to be appointed main suppliers of antennas to the production line for commercial vehicles within the Volvo Group! The nomination is one of several proofs that our engineers are holding world class, says a very happy Lars Ericson, CEO at Smarteq.
