Unified Communications Innovator Dialcom Expands European Presence
Dialcom, an innovator in unified communications and collaboration, has added four key new hires to its European operations. Germany and the United Kingdom’s embrace of Spontania, a real-time collaboration platform, have proven the demand for unified communications technology throughout Europe. Spontania, now available throughout Europe and the United States, is showing strong growth across all regions.

“Our recent successful launch in Germany and the U.K. has helped us grow significantly in Europe,” said Bob Johnson, president & COO of Dialcom. “We are pleased to bring on four strong additions to our European team who bring great talent and experience to Dialcom.”
Roger Wagner has been named vice president of sales, Continental Europe, and brings 20 years of experience in the information technology industry to Dialcom. He has a proven track record in setting up sales and support organizations at a European level. His most recent experience was as the vice president of sales, Continental Europe for Lumension where he guided the company in gaining market leadership and sustained annual growth.
Philip Burgess has been appointed head of U.K. operations. Philip joins Dialcom from Oracle via the Stellent acquisition where he was responsible for developing new business in the content collaboration and Enterprise 2.0 area.
Two other additions to the Dialcom U.K. team include a business consultant based in Luxemburg and a director of channel sales based in Munich, Germany.
