ZyXEL Communications, Inc. today announced it will demonstrate its technological expertise in access and digital home solutions at the TelcoTV 2008 conference November 11 – 13 in Anaheim, California. The company will showcase the power of ‘ZyNERGY,’ the explosive synergy that occurs when broadband access, home connectivity and digital apps devices are designed and built by the same vendor.
At the show, ZyXEL will demonstrate its worldwide renowned xDSL modems and gateways in a home environment. The company’s xDSL CPE allows operators to deliver the hottest multimedia services with best-in-class interoperability, reliability and customization on their core network.

Live Demos
At its TelcoTV booth, ZyXEL will feature live demonstrations for IPTV and connected home environment. There will be two separate environments—one featuring bonded ADSL2+ solution and another powered by VDSL2 technology.
The first “home demo” will have a high-speed ADSL2+ connection streaming Internet, IPTV and telephone service. Two rooms of the house will be shown: a living room and a home office. The entire network will be powered by ZyXEL’s HomePlug AV Powerline solution. The living room will have the industry’s first and only ADSL2/2+ gateway with HomePlug AV Powerline and Wi-Fi, ZyXEL’s DMA1100P – the HomePlug AV digital media player for streaming HD content and ZyXEL’s V750W SIP camera. The home office will house the central network storage device (NSA220) and business VoIP phone (V500).
ZyXEL’s second “home demo” will be powered by a VDSL2 connection streaming HD IPTV over a set top box to a big screen TV.
