KnoahSoft Recorder supports the full spectrum of deployment options including centralized, branch or remote (e.g. at home) architectures and in any combination. It can handle over 300 simultaneous conversations on a single server and over 500 using our unique, “delayed recording” option. Recorder 1.6 has low storage requirements and offers a variety of CTI driven recording options including: 100% recording, event-driven, on-demand and random recording for both Inbound and Outbound call centers and includes simultaneous voice and screen capture (including email, chat, and BPO transactions).
