Hot Call tm
Prepaid Calling Card Platform for Cisco VOIP routers

GreenCOM has created a software platform that enables you to turn your Cisco routers into a billing platform for the delivery of voice services. The services Hot Call delivers include pre and post paid calling cards, as well as retail and wholesale voip billing.

Hot Call resides on a server that contains the billing platform and the high level call processing. It interacts with the Cisco by executing scripts that tell the Cisco which prompts to play and how to handle the call. The Cisco router provides the basic telephony functions such as network interconnection and least cost routing as well as providing most of the layer 1, 2, and 3 functions.

The Hot call server can mange multiple Cisco routers and can provide service to any Cisco 5300, 3600 or 2600 that has IP connectivity. This enables you to have a multiple node network managed by a Hot Call server. The server can also be backed up for redundancy and hot standby.

Hot Call Features:

Access

A Hot Call subscriber may access the system through the PSTN, the Internet or a dedicated private network. Hot call supports all of the interconnections available on the Cisco Router. This includes T1, E1, frame relay, V.35, ATM, DSL etc, etc, etc.

Billing

An individual subscriber is given a pin code. This pin code can be set as a debit, credit, credit limit. The system also enables you to have multiple rate tables. The rate tables have the ability to include surcharges, different billing increments, rate differences based upon DINS, and to charge for payphone originated calls.

The system also supports an ANI call in service. This allows you to enter a subscriber’s ani and the call the system from that ANI without entering a pin code. The system also enables a subscriber to access the system from an IP connection from a Voip enabled Cisco router.

Account Administration

Hot Call has a web based management interface. This interface enables you to manage your accounts. From this interface you can create pins one at a time or in Lots, check the status of an account, activate and deactivate accounts, view billing history and manage account balances.

You also have the ability to create a master account and assign sub accounts to it. This allows you to group your accounts by reseller, marketing program, or card type. This gives you control over a group of accounts with out having to deal with the individual sub accounts.

Calling Card Prompts

The system supports multiple languages, balance announcements, and other features. The prompts can be selected by DNIS dialed.

Summary

Hot Call enables you turn your Cisco voip network into a complete call processing service. You can provide wholesale and retail billing, pre and post paid calling cards and retail voip networking. The system is easy to install and mange and allows you to start making money with it now.
