Immediately require a turn-key solution for Calling Card and Prepaid PC-to-Phone [H.323 VOIP Client using G.723.1 @ 6.3]. Termination to NORTH AMERICA ONLY. We supply Calling Cards but require card PINs and Serials. Must include AAA/Billing maximum 5 second increments with detailed CDRs sent daily. Volume is nil/low to start but ramping up rapidly and over the next 6 months to estimated @ 5M mins/mo.
Our cost can't be more than 2.5 cent/min.
FYI: We own Cisco 3640 with dormant T1-PRI.
