I have a NT based billing software, eBill, for fax network, callback, long distance and local calling and telephony services.
I want to know from IP Telephony service providers and Vendors what type of billing solution they are currently using and how well it interfaces with IP Telephony PBX. What are the basic features that they look for in a billing solution.
