POSITION REQUIRED: Junior Programmer Analyst
This position provides a great opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic fast paced Telecommunication company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year of working experience in Visual Basic, C and C++ Programming experience.
Programming Knowledge of COM and ActiveX technology will be considered an asset.
Programming on Windows NT platform a must.
Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) a must.
Telephony programming with Dialogic APIs would be an asset
Knowledge of telephone systems, PBXs, Switches and the different signaling protocols would definitely be an asset.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Code Development and Maintenance of existing components in Visual Basic, C and C++.
Have a good understanding of Pulse Products to provide 2nd level Support for the Support Department.
IVR Application Development on the Pulse IVR Platform.
Research new Technology and integrate into existing components.
