WilTel Communications (Canada), Inc. is the largest and fastest growing inter-connect company in Canada. We require an experienced Project Manager to perform the following duties for assigned projects out of our Markham, Ontario location.
Responsibilities include the implementation of IVR and CTI applications based on the following vendor products Melita, Nortel - Voicetek, Dialogic CT-connect, and Williams CTI lab software. Requires the coordination and/or management of resources assigned to a project including pre-sales engineering, a project integration team, application development and technical support personnel capable of supporting the advanced application solution. Responsible for tactical implementation of 3rd party solutions provided by authorized Wiltel vendors, who provide unique application systems. Ensures efficient and profitable implementation of assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will have a BA/BSc degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related work experience. Three years project management experience with a proven track record in implementation. Demonstration and a thorough understanding and working knowledge of systems integration, data processing, networking, client-server architecture, lan/wan technology and database management systems. Telephony and ACD experience with Nortel call center products would be an asset.
