In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the design, consulting, and sales support activities to drive sales of CCAT's IVR, CTI, and Predictive Dialer solutions. To qualify you should have excellent presentation skills, be able to conduct needs analysis, technical solution design, Scope of Work preparation, and RFP responses. Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills. PC Knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Independent worker, resourceful, takes initiative. BA/BS Degree, or related work experience.
