Requires programming & implementation background in call center systems integration, data processing, advanced networking, client-sever architecture, LAN/WAN technology and relational data bases. : The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a minimum of 5 yrs Systems design and programming, experience directly related to call center environments, utilizing Nortel/Periphonics and Williams products and third party CTI software applications.
