We are seeking a Business Consultant to interact with call center clients by providing business (Human
Resource, Operations, Management practices, etc) consulting services to mainly WCS installed base in North America. Provide assistance to WCS sales force for Professional Services.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand and define best management practices for call
center customers in terms of human resource, operations, and business strategies. Understanding of current call center technologies. Excellent verbal and written communications skills(English and French would be an asset). Good project management skills. At least 3 years experience in call center management with a proven track record. Must have good understanding of the business process that are specific to call
center (work process, scheduling and forecasting, training, quality assurance, hiring, call routing, etc).

MBA Degree or related work experience. Experience with Nortel Call Center products is preferred. Must be able to travel to make presentations at customer sites. Location: East Coast of US
