As a member of the Call Center Applications Team (CCAT) the Solutions Engineer II is responsible for the design, development, and integration of IVR and CTI in a call center environment. Includes custom application development, site documentation and second-level support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years systems design and integration experience in related high-tech environment. Requires background in client/server architecture, telephony, call center/ACD CTI IVR and/or predictive dialer. Experience with Nortel products preferred. Travel required. College graduate preferred.
