Includes custom application development, site documentation and second-level support. : The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years systems design and integration experience in related high-tech environment. Requires background in client/server architecture, telephony, call center/ACD CTI IVR and/or predictive dialer. Experience with Nortel products preferred. Travel required.
