I need a consultant for help with the following:
Build a speech enabled voice portal that allows consumers to send voice-emails that others can retrieve via the PC. Also, I need someone that knows all about predictive dialers that work reaching both humans and voicemail. Also, there will be a 3-way calling situation in which two parties contact a third party. One of the "two" parties will be a computer that can launch prerecorded messages.
