DATUS AG strengthens its position for the European market through co-operation with Telesens and Equant
The specialist in the construction of public and private telecommunication nets from Aachen, Germany expects various synergies through co-operation with key-players on the international telecommunication market. The software for IP-Accounting from Telesens AG (Cologne, Germany) will be developed into a completely new product with the proven DATUS technology. The IP standard has a great potential in the market because a lot of companies build up their own network for security reasons.
The second alliance with Equant Integration Services brings the world-wide biggest data net provider as partner. This ensures customer service and support europe-wide. To be prepared for the oncoming tasks DATUS will increase capital in the first quarter of 2001.
