I am looking for a supplier for Automatic Number Identification or sometimes calles Caller ID. System should be computer based, and consists in this case from hardware and software. System is used to handle more than one call at the same time. Up to 30 - 60 trunk lines can be connected to the system.
The second system I am looking for, it can be called trunk to trunk as only trunk lines are connected to this system. And it is used when some VIP call his company and ask the operator to connect to outside line he can do this trough PABX but in this case quality of sound is very bad. The other way to connect hin is through another device called (Trunk to Trunk) where connection is done through this device and in this case sound quality is very good. So connection is done through this device instead through PABX.
