Karen, I work for Manley Consulting and my area of expertise is call center technology. I have been working for a large car rental company exploring IP PBX's or multi-media ACD/PBX's for approx eight months. Over this period of time I have narrowed the field to two vendors they are CellIt Inc. and Interactive Intelligence Inc.
